This 7-day tour in Morocco, starting from Agadir, is an excellent itinerary to explore the depth, richness, and diversity of the country. It takes you from the coastal city of Agadir to the valleys and oases in the interior, passing through the town of Tafraout and its painted rocks. The tour traverses the magnificent dunes of the Erg Chegaga desert, where you’ll have the opportunity to take a camel ride to the bivouac in the middle of the dunes, go sandboarding, and admire a magical sunset. After Chegaga, you will continue to M’hamid and Zagora, then Ouarzazate, before returning to Agadir. This tour provides a comprehensive and varied experience of Morocco, showcasing its stunning landscapes, rich culture, and warm hospitality.

Tour Plan
This 7-day tour starting from Agadir begins with the charming city of Agadir and heads towards the tourist town of Tafraout, famous for its rock paintings. Along the way, we will pass through the village of Ait Baha, where we'll have the opportunity to visit the beautiful Kasbah of Tizourgane. This kasbah showcases traditional Berber architecture and defensive strategies used by ancient inhabitants.
Perched on a hill, it provides stunning views of the entire valley, offering protection against surprise attacks. We will spend the night in Tafraout.
The second day will be dedicated to exploring the Tafraout region and its surroundings. This small village of 5,000 inhabitants is full of treasures to discover. You can explore several picturesque small villages with beautiful kasbahs, artistic rock carvings, and ancient irrigation systems.
On the third day, we will leave Tafraout and head towards Tata. Along the way, we will pass through numerous Berber villages and small oases that dot the landscape.
After breakfast, we will leave Tata to reach our main destination: the Chegaga dunes and the majestic desert. You will be amazed by the beauty of the dunes, sometimes reaching heights of 300 meters, providing an unforgettable panorama. To reach the camp in the heart of the dunes, you will ride camels and enjoy a beautiful sunset.
After breakfast, we will leave the magnificent Chegaga dunes and take a track for about 60 kilometers to return to civilization. We will reach the first village of M'hamid and then continue our way to the city of Zagora, crossing its splendid palm grove.
We leave the stunning dunes and take a track that leads us to the last village before the paved road, M'hamid. We then continue through the Draa Valley to Zagora, where we will spend the night.
From Zagora, we head to Ouarzazate, where we will visit the Kasbah of Taourirte and the Cinema Museum. Next, we will explore the fortified village of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
After exploring Ait Benhaddou, we will take the road back to Agadir via Taznakht to conclude this journey beautifully
